Item documentation is a meta template which include many other templates.
For items which are a subclass of something (having a subclass of (P279) statement), it includes {{Item classification}}.
For items with a '/class' subpage, the subpage is included.

- May 29, 2022: The template is now included directly in the talk page header via MediaWiki:Talkpageheader. It is no longer necessary to deploy it manually in talk pages.
- December 2025, creation of the ItemDescription.js User script that allows to include in in the main Wikidata item page without having to go to the talk page (experimental).
